“‘All Eyes On Me’ is built for the pit. It moves from groovy riffs into heavy beatdown sections and ends in a crushing breakdown made to clear the floor. Lyrically, it’s about being impossible to ignore - growing in someone’s head, refusing to disappear and making sure your name sticks.” - Lifesick

Danish death metal/metallic hardcore champions LIFESICK will unleash their "When Brutality Becomes The Language" full-length on January 22nd, 2027 via Metal Blade Records. With "When Brutality Becomes The Language," LIFESICK delivers their most focused and hard-hitting record to date. Blending death metal-inspired riffs with fast hardcore energy and crushing breakdowns, the album pushes the band’s sound further while staying rooted in the chaos of the pit. Following their tenth anniversary in 2024, on this fifth long player the jaundiced Jutlanders have their methodology rigorously locked in. Once again long‑serving sound man, former Hatesphere vocalist, Jacob Bredahl, proved integral to the process. “Jacob understands exactly what we want LIFESICK to sound like and how to push us to get there…,” the band notes. “At this point he almost feels like the sixth member of the band.”

Lyrics: Watch me now Don’t lose me now Fear me!

I’ve seen it all I’ve been through more Than I wish anyone should ever do Oh I’ve been hurt but I learned, Overcame, became bulletproof

Keep your eyes on me Don’t let me slip away

You got to close That’s why you’re already dead I’ve been thriving like a tumor in the back of your head And I’ll grow Every time you look away I grow Make sure you die slow Watch me follow through

All eyes on me I need closure and you’re the key All eyes on me I need more than just to watch you bleed All eyes on me Don’t you ever let me slip away All eyes on me I’ll make sure you’ll remember my name, motherfucker!

Don’t let me slip away Don’t let me slip away All eyes All eyes All eyes on me!

It’s nice to know Someday you’ll die too!

Motherfucker!
